sqlite3 bindings for Haskell.

The configuration of this package isn't automatic on Windows platforms, you'll have to manually move sqlite.buildinfo away before renaming sqlite.buildinfo.win32 as sqlite.buildinfo, followed by tweaking the paths in there to fit your local environment.
