Development

Updating of bundled swagger-ui version:

• Extract dist directory of swagger-ui into swagger-dist-<version>
• move index.html into index.html.tmpl, do the diff, port the changes
• search replace the embbeded directory (in Servant/Swagger/UI.hs)
• test it works
