• After a many year effort to implement Cl3 in Polymorphic Posit format
• Branched cl3-posit-1.0 from the cl3-3.0.0.0 branch
• Added a Convert class to Cl3, quite simular to the Posit Convert
• Disabled benchmarks due to them being still under development
